Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery of Goods

Teep By KMT is not responsible for any damages, delays, or issues caused by third-party delivery services. Once your order has been dispatched, liability for the goods passes to the delivery company.

2. Shipping and Delivery Dates

Orders are officially processed once payment is received and confirmed by Teep By KMT. Orders will be dispatched within 1–3 business days via Aramex door-to-door shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (Thailand): up to 3 business days after the parcel is handed over to the courier.
International: approximately 7–10 business days after the parcel is handed over to Aamex.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, fabric supply issues, shipping disruptions, or political events.

3. Duties, Taxes, and Handling Fees

For international orders, Teep By KMT is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Returns, Claims, and Exchanges

Claims for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Teep By KMT is not liable for damages caused by the shipping company.
Valid claims will be reviewed, and if approved, a replacement item or store credit will be issued.

Exchanges are possible if:

The item is returned in its original, unworn condition with tags attached
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

5. Copyright

All materials, content, and graphics on this website are the exclusive property of Teep By KMT. No part of the site, including images, designs, logos, or trademarks, may be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Teep By KMT.

Teep By KMT also reserves the right to use all printed projects and designs created for commercial or promotional purposes — including but not limited to use on social media, advertisements, flyers, and digital platforms — unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teep By KMT against any losses, damages, expenses, or liabilities (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these terms and conditions.

7. Breaches of Terms

In the event of a breach of these terms, Teep By KMT reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

Suspending or terminating your access to the website
Blocking your IP address
Contacting your internet service provider
Pursuing legal proceedings

8. Exclusion of Third-Party Rights

These terms and conditions are established for the benefit of you and Teep By KMT only. No third party shall have any rights to enforce any provision of these terms.

9. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Teep By KMT regarding your use of this website, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
